According to the report, deleted Whatsapp messages can be read through the notifications of Android smartphones, which can easily be accessed through a third-party app. This method works only on smartphones that work on Android 7.0 Nougat or more versions.

Whatsapps recently introduced Delight for Everywhere feature, so that messages sent from both the sender and receiver fones can be deleted, but the time for sending these messages should be within 7 minutes. According to a Spanish blog report, there is a way to read and recover the deleted messages. According to the report, these messages are stored in Android smartphones' notifications. Right now this method works only on Android but not on iOS.
Users can use notification logs through a third-party app whose name is a notification history. However users who use Nova Launcher in their device do not need this third-party app. These users can directly press the longscreen on their phone's home screen and select Widgets. From there there will be a notification log in the settings tab, by tapping on the Activities. The setting widget on Stock Android can also give log access.
According to the blog, when the system detects these events, they save these messages in their registry. Otherwise, these messages are replaced with 'this message has been deleted'.
According to the blog, it only works on smartphones running on Android 7.0 Nouga or more and it only returns to the first 100 crackers of deleted messages. Other media such as audio, video or photos are not saved in it. Also, the log clears after a few hours or it becomes cleared even after rebooting the device.
